SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DIGITAL DELIVERY

All products currently sold through the Ink By Valk website are digital gift vouchers.

No physical items are shipped at this time.

Once your purchase has been completed and payment has been successfully processed, your voucher will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes during busy periods.


DIGITAL DELIVERY CONSENT

By purchasing a digital voucher, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery.

You acknowledge and agree that once delivery has commenced, you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under applicable consumer protection legislation.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If you do not receive your voucher:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder

  • Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct

  • Contact us at ash@inkbyvalk.co.uk for assistance

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

If an incorrect email address was entered, we will attempt to reissue the voucher where possible, provided it has not already been redeemed.


PROCESSING TIMES

Digital vouchers are processed automatically upon successful payment.

If your voucher has not arrived within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.


FUTURE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical vouchers may be made available for online purchase in the future.

If physical products become available, this policy will be updated to reflect applicable shipping times, costs, and delivery terms.
