Returns & Voucher Policy

All products sold via the Ink by Valk website are gift vouchers for tattoo and piercing services. As these are digital/service-based products, they are non-refundable once issued.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.

Once a voucher has been purchased and delivered (by email or otherwise), it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Exchanges

We understand that plans can change. If you would like to change the type of voucher purchased (for example, from a tattoo voucher to a piercing voucher), we may offer an exchange provided:

  • The voucher has not been redeemed

  • Proof of purchase is supplied

  • The request is made by the original purchaser

Approved exchanges will be issued for the same value as the original voucher.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you have purchased the wrong voucher or entered incorrect details, please contact us as soon as possible at ash@inkbyvalk.co.uk. We will review the request and, where appropriate, amend or reissue the voucher.

Lost or Unauthorised Use

Vouchers are treated as cash equivalents. Ink by Valk cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers. Replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion where valid proof of purchase is provided.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
